This painting captures a magical moment inspired by a wedding at Lake Tahoe. I imagined the couple standing at the edge of the water, wrapped in love and energy, as colorful currents swirl around them and rise into the sky like a blessing. The lake is calm and clear, surrounded by soft, flowing rock formations and tall pines, with the mountains resting quietly in the background.
The colors and movement throughout the piece represent connection—between the couple, the land, the sky, and something greater. I wanted this piece to feel both grounded in nature and touched by something spiritual, like the energy of love echoing out into the world.

This piece was a commissioned painting created for a couple getting married at Lake Tahoe. It was actually commissioned by a friend of theirs as a special wedding gift. I began the piece before the ceremony ever happened—just going off the energy of what I imagined their love might feel like in that setting.
I brought the painting with me to the reception and finished it live during the celebration. The wild part is, even though I wasn’t at the ceremony itself and did not even know the spot they were at, but the couple told me I captured it almost exactly…the vibe, the landscape, the feeling. It was like the painting found them before I even met them.
This piece became a visual blessing for their union, grounded in Tahoe’s beauty and wrapped in the energy of love, connection, and the magic of that day.
